Title: Senior Trial Attorney
Experience: 5-10+ years of trial litigation experience
Responsibilities include:
Managing cases from intake through trial
Developing litigation strategy, drafting motions, negotiating settlements
Taking and defending depositions, preparing for and trying cases
Working with dedicated paralegal and litigation support teams
Base Salary: $200,000-$300,000 + Bonus based on settlement and origination
